The restaurant was not too busy when we arrived at lunchtime but picked up before we left. The food was hot and tasty. We went for the all in weekend buffet good variety of pizza and refilled promptly, we particularly love the cheesy garlic flat bread fingers . The only downside was the cost at almost 40 for two with no obvious cheaper options. It actually worked out cheaper than a sharing pizza and two bottomless soft drinks. Sadly, we can no longer afford to pop in with the kids on a weekend as this would be at least 60 for lunch. A cheaper light lunch option at the weekend might encourage more people in for lunch? There were lots of midweek options, tho so it might be a good choice now the Easter hols are here. Service was great as always, although we did miss the lovely chatty young lad who served us on our previous two visits!
After reading reviews I must admit I wasn’t sure about eating here but I am so glad we tried it as it was delicious and the service was absolutely amazing! Amy went above and beyond to help me use the machine to place our order. Amy’s customer service was excellent, she was extremely polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. She was kind and patient and very helpful showing me the difference options. She brought our food out pipping hot and gave great recommendations. She checked in regular but not too much she was friendly and approachable made the whole experience incredible thank you for making our experience brilliant, we will be back with the kids.
I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for the past 5 years and have always had the pleasure of being served by Mark. Having run restaurant chains in the past Mark has always provided the best service. He is attentive bubbly and always smiling. He is an absolute credit to the business. He is always the reason we come back time and time again.
This placed has just got better and better over the last few months. The manager is an asset and was so kind and helpful to us. Food was hot delicious and the buffet was well stocked given how busy it was. Would highly recommend
Nice clean atmosphere, well was basically empty when I went in before people started trooping in. Toilet was clean though right doors. Food was tasty and enjoyed the salad bar.
What a delight to eat here. Lovely staff and atmosphere and a huge thank you to Ryan, who served us with so much patience. My small bottle of prosecco fizzed over and spilt when it arrived so the staff insisted I have a full bottle as well the one which had lost a bit. I was unable to drive home but very happy!
Food is great quality, and the place is great for kids and couples. There are 2 servers who work here, both young men with short brown hair, who are just brilliant. Attentive, funny and great at their jobs. Just a shame that the ordering is all done online, and so the tip option is only available when you first enter the restaurant and order food. If going to this restaurant, remember to bring change to tip these great guys
Had an absolutely lovely time the food was amazing and the staff were so good! Was served by Amy she was so friendly even had a little convo and a giggle will definitely be coming back just based on the service! Amy you deserve a pay rise!
